We currently ship within Lebanon only.

🚚 Delivery Times

• Beirut: 1 business day

• Outside Beirut: 1–4 business days depending on location

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or peak periods.

⏱ Order Processing

• Orders are processed same day when placed before cutoff time.

• Orders placed after business hours may be processed the next working day.

💲 Shipping Fees

• Flat shipping rate: $5 per order

• FREE delivery on orders $40 and above

🚛 Courier

All deliveries are handled by Cador’s own drivers to ensure quality service and proper handling.

⚡ Express Delivery

Same-day delivery in Beirut may be available upon request.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in delivering premium coffee products. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• Item is new, unopened, and sealed

• Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened coffee capsules

• Used coffee machines

• Promotional or discounted items

📦 Return Shipping

• Return shipping cost is paid by the customer

• Original delivery fees are non-refundable

💳 Refund Method

We do not offer cash refunds.

Approved returns will be handled as:

• Store credit, or

• Product replacement
